Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to support our growth through email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation activities.


The candidate will perform business development tasks:

  1. IT Services Lead Generation (International Market)
    Promote our IT services to potential clients in US and EU regions using LinkedIn and email marketing.
  2. Product Lead Generation (Local Market)
    Identify and contact potential local vendors and partners related to our product offerings.

This role is ideal for freshers or interns who want practical exposure to international sales and local market outreach.


Key Responsibilities

IT Services International Clients (US & EU)

  • Identify and connect with potential clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Run targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Research companies and decision-makers.
  • Send personalized outreach messages via LinkedIn and email
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain communication records
  • Generate qualified leads for IT services.

Product Local Vendor Outreach

  • Research potential vendors in the local market
  • Contact vendors via phone, email, or in person (if required)
  • Collect required information related to product collaboration
  • Maintain vendor contact database

General Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel
  • Coordinate with internal team regarding campaign progress.
  • Provide regular updates on lead generation activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong internet research skills
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn
  • Interest in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Ability to communicate professionally via email
  • Self-motivated and able to work remotely
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Basic understanding of email marketing.
  • Designing skills for branding on LinkedIn.
