Championing the employee experience and acting as a change agent, driving transformation initiatives within the business.
Providing regular reporting and review of key people metrics to relevant stakeholders, ensuring accountability and action planning.
Ensuring compliance with HR processes, performance metrics, and operational plans through a process- driven approach.
Leading the performance evaluation and validation processes for designated business units.
HR Business Partnering with the business leader/s to understand the talent priorities and drive short term and long-term plans to achieve them.
The position will serve as the HR point of contact for leadership to help the business achieve its goals.
The incumbent will work closely with all respective HR COEs and drive key projects and initiatives in partnership with business leadership.
As needed, partner with different functions to Implement and drive HR programs and in some cases also act as a SPOC for certain critical HR processes/programs.
Preferred candidate profile
2-4 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in a HR Business Partner or a similar role and must be from Hi-Tech service base industry
Ability to effectively consult, enable and align at executive and organizational level (client group and HR)
Strong business acumen and ability to influence and effectively communicate across all levels of organization
Ability to work within a matrix org; ability to analyze trends and metrics
