Hiring Service Support Associate | US General Insurance | US Shift

Location: Bangalore
Shift: US Shift

CTC: upto 10Lacs (Note :25% Hike on last ctc)

Role: Service Support Associate

We are hiring for a Service Support Associate role supporting the US Health Insurance domain, responsible for managing end-to-end policy lifecycle and renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for the US onshore branch
  
• Provide end-to-end support for policy lifecycle and renewals
  
• Manage documentation and ensure compliance with US Health Insurance regulations
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of renewal activities
  
• Handle queries effectively to minimize rework and improve efficiency
  
• Identify risks/issues and drive them towards resolution
  
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and enhance customer experience
  
• Maintain high standards of time management and organization
  

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  
• Proactive and self-driven approach
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate with 3+ years of experience in Health Insurance Voice / BFSI / Customer Service international voice is a must
  
• Strong understanding of US Health Insurance processes
  
• Experience with carriers like Aetna, BCBS, MetLife preferred
  
• 15 years of education mandatory (10+2+3)
  
• Insurance certification / transition experience is an added advantage
