- Identifying customer needs and upselling relevant products and services such as domains, hosting, website security, and email solutions.
- Maintaining accuracy and demonstrating strong numerical ability.
- Delivering high-quality results that meet productivity and sales targets.
- Handling challenging customer situations with patience and composure.
- Following quality standards and implementing company guidelines accurately.
- Multitasking and making fast, independent decisions in a dynamic environment.
