Job Description:

We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Voice Process. If you have strong communication skills and prior experience in handling international customers, we invite you to attend our walk-in interview.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls professionally
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Follow company and contact center policies and procedures
• Participate in training sessions for performance improvement
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of International Voice Experience (Mandatory)
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Basic customer handling experience via calls
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: 3.0 LPA
• In-hand: 25,800/month + Attractive Incentives
