Hiring for Customer Support International voice

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 0 to 3 years of international experience, preferably supporting only US customers.
• Experience with both US and UK clients is acceptable (even if 0 years with UK)
• Proven performance: 94% CSAT, average score around 8384%
• Any degree accepted

Skills & Work Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge of MS Excel
2. Night shifts only:
• 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM (9 Hours rotational between window)
3. Rotational week offs  5 working days per week
4. 12 days of paid sick leave annually
5. AC cab facility  Doorstep pick-up & drop
6. Work location is 26 km from Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore

Compensation:

• CTC up to 5 LPA
• Night shift allowance: 300 per day (approx. 6,000 per month)
• Free dinner buffet or Snacks based on shift
• Neutral English accent required
