Job Description

Site Supervision: Ensure work is being executed according to blueprints and quality standards.

Material Management: Track material deliveries, check quality upon arrival, and manage inventory to prevent waste.

Progress Reporting: Provide daily or weekly updates on project timelines and any bottlenecks.

Subcontractor Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for laborers and specialized contractors (plumbing, electrical, etc.).

Safety Compliance: Ensure the site remains a safe environment and follows local building codes.

Quantity Surveying: Perform basic calculations for material orders to keep costs optimized.

Education: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience.

Experience: 13 years of experience (fresh graduates with a strong drive to learn are also welcome to apply).

Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and structural plans.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, honest work ethic, and the ability to solve problems on the fly.

Tools: Familiarity with MS Excel (for reporting) and basic project management.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Conduct site walkthroughs, explain technical progress in plain language, and address any concerns or questions they have.
