Job Description
Job Purpose
To efficiently manage airline ticketing operations by handling ticketing queues, processing new ticket issuances and reissues, fulfilling EMD requests, and interpreting fare rules to ensure accurate bookings.
Responsibilities
- Manage ticketing queues
- New issuance
- Reissues
- EMD fulfillment
- Fare rule interpretation
- Error reporting
- Contact airlines and providers for different issues
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in ticketing fulfillment
- Proficient in Amadeus
- Advanced skills in additional GDS, Sabre, and/or Galileo
- Documented experience in reading and interpreting airline fare rules and reissue tickets Seeking best practice implementation and driving ideas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Understanding the logic behind validating carriers and basic knowledge of IATA regulations
- Well organized, persistent with multitasking skills
- Self-driven, proactive and results-oriented
- Competent quantitative skills (good in calculations)
- Ability to manage change and work under pressure
- Communicate and work closely with other departments to remain current on any updates.247 rotational shifts, preferably evening shifts
Qualification: Undergraduate - Diploma / HSC pass (10+2)
