Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Maintain plant & ensure BOS compliance
Manage plant staff and improve efficiency
Develop and modify concrete mix designs
Ensure QA/QC and raw material quality as per standards
Conduct testing, audits, and lab trials
Calibrate and maintain testing equipment
Interact with customers for technical requirements
Plan and schedule production for timely delivery
