Job Description
- A proven track record of delivering luxury or premium-segment architectural projects you understand that quality here is not negotiable
- Experience in managing high value projects
- Strong on-ground supervision capabilities you are as comfortable reviewing GFC drawings on site as you are presenting concepts in a client meeting
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and build teams of architects and designers
- Client management skills that go beyond relationship maintenance you can grow accounts and bring in new business
- A B.Arch or M.Arch qualification from a recognized institution (candidates with B.Tech Civil + strong design leadership experience will also be considered)

The Role
They are looking for a Director Projects a senior leader who will own end-to-end delivery across multiple large-scale, high-value projects simultaneously. This is not a coordination role. This is a strategic leadership position. You will manage a team of Associate Directors and Project Architects, hold direct client relationships, drive business development conversations, and ensure that every project that leaves this firm does so to the standard their name demands.
What We Are Looking For
You have 18 or more years of experience in architecture, with a portfolio that includes luxury residential, high-end commercial, or mixed-use projects of significant scale and value. You have stood on construction sites and in boardrooms with equal confidence. You have managed demanding clients, navigated complex timelines, and led teams that look to you not just for answers but for direction.
