Job Description
- A core team consists of key individuals responsible for driving day to day project execution, making critical decisions, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. Essential roles typically include a Project Manager (oversight), Tech Lead (technical direction), Product Manager (strategy), and Product Designer. They are accountable for project milestones, resource allocation, and delivering results. Key Core Team Members And Their Roles
- Project Manager Leader: Defines project scope, sets goals, manages budgets, schedules meetings, and ensures milestones are met.
- Product Manager: Focuses on the why and what of the project, defining the vision, prioritizing features, and understanding user needs.
- Tech Lead Lead Engineer: Sets technical direction, provides guidance to developers, and ensures technical feasibility.
