Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Admin & Office Manager to manage administrative operations, staff coordination, and statutory compliance for our manufacturing unit in Coimbatore. The role requires strong coordination with internal teams, government authorities, and facility management to ensure smooth functioning of office and factory operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth operations
  • Act as a bridge between management and staff for effective communication and coordination
  • Handle employee attendance, leave, and permission tracking for office staff
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as production, purchase, stores, HR, and accounts
  • Liaise with local municipal authorities for licenses, approvals, and renewals
  • Coordinate with Pollution Control Board for environmental compliance, audits, and documentation
  • Ensure timely follow-up of all statutory compliances applicable to the factory
  • Maintain records of licenses, registrations, and compliance documents
  • Coordinate with legal consultants for agreements, notices, and case follow-ups
  • Liaise with Revenue Department for land records, property tax, and building-related matters
  • Maintain documentation related to company properties (land, buildings, approvals)
  • Oversee housekeeping and ensure cleanliness and upkeep of office and factory premises
  • Manage office maintenance, security, and general facility management
  • Handle vendor coordination for housekeeping and maintenance services
  • Track compliance deadlines and ensure timely submissions
  • Assist during inspections by government authorities and auditors

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Any degree with good communication skills)
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in administration, preferably in manufacturing industry
  • Experience in handling staff coordination and facility management
  • Good knowledge of statutory compliance and government procedures
  • Strong communication skills in Tamil and English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage

Salary: Maximum gross up to 6 LPA
