Location: Noida Sector 3 ( walk in from Sec 16 Metro)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accounting Software Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting software, especially Marg ERP, and basic knowledge or experience in Tally ERP.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support to customers using Marg ERP software
• Handle 60 - 80 customer calls per day efficiently
• Resolve customer queries via calls, chat, or email in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot and fix accounting software-related issues
• Guide customers on software usage, features, and best practices
• Assist in installation, configuration, and updates of Marg ERP
• Maintain proper records of issues and resolutions
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support quality

Requirements

• Knowledge or certification in Tally ERP
• Experience or familiarity with Marg ERP software
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (GST, billing, inventory, etc.)
• Ability to handle high call volumes (60-80 calls/day)
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / Any Commerce Graduate
• OR Certification in Accounting Software (Tally / Marg ERP)
