Job Description
Role - Corporate Communication Manager
Location - Mumbai
About the Role: The incumbent will support the Corporate Communication Head in executing the Banks internal and external communication strategy. This role focuses on content creation, media coordination, leadership communication support, and ensuring consistency of messaging across platforms. The position plays a critical role in day-to-day communication operations and reputation management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support execution of the corporate communication strategy across internal and external channels.
- Draft, edit, and manage content for press releases, internal announcements, newsletters, and leadership communication.
- Coordinate with PR agencies and assist in managing media queries and coverage tracking.
- Support crisis communication efforts by preparing draft responses, internal notes, and briefing documents.
- Manage social media and digital communication content in alignment with brand and leadership messaging.
- Assist in speechwriting, talking points, presentations, and event scripts for senior leadership.
- Ensure brand governance and consistency of tone, messaging, and visual identity across communication materials.
- Coordinate with Marketing, HR, and Business teams for timely and accurate information dissemination.
- Track media coverage, sentiment reports, and communication effectiveness metrics.

- Good understanding of media landscape, PR processes, and digital communication.
- High attention to detail and adherence to brand and communication guidelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Education Requirement - Bachelors or Masters degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Brand Management, or MBA (Marketing).
Experience Required - 6 -10 years of experience in Corporate Communications, PR, Media Relations, or Branding. Preferred experience in BFSI or large corporate environments.
