Job Title: Government Business Manager

Location: Mumbai

CTC: 9 to 11 LPA

Experience: 3 -8 Years

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred


Job Description: We are hiring a Government Business Manager to drive government sales and manage end-to-end account relationships. This is an individual contributor role focused on expanding business through government and PSU channels.


Key Responsibilities (KRA):

  • Drive government sales and manage relationships with key decision-makers
  • Identify and onboard new government/PSU accounts
  • Handle complete sales cycle: lead generation, requirement gathering, tendering, empanelment, MOU, closure, and execution
  • Build strong relationships with government officials and stakeholders
  • Manage vendor coordination for accommodation, transport, catering, and events
  • Develop and maintain a strong business pipeline with a hunter mindset
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Present proposals, negotiate, and close deals independently

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Government / PSU / Events / Corporate Sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work as an individual contributor
  • Self-driven with strong ownership and relationship-building skills
