Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Minimum 1 year experience into sales process - International/Domestic.
