Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, original content for web pages, articles, and guides related to education
- Write SEO-optimized content on colleges, courses, entrance exams, and career paths
- Conduct in-depth research to ensure accuracy and credibility of information
- Update existing content as per latest data, trends, and guidelines
- Collaborate with SEO, product, and design teams for content optimization
- Ensure content adheres to editorial guidelines, tone, and style standards
- Proofread and edit content before publishing
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong command over written and spoken English
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of SEO (keywords, meta tags, readability, etc.)
- Ability to simplify complex information for student audience
- Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Familiarity with MS Office / Google Docs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field
- Prior experience in content writing, blogging, or education domain (preferred but not mandatory)
- Knowledge of Indian education system and entrance exams
