Associate-Digital Property Services @ IIFL Finance

Job Description

Assist in marketing and promotion of auctioned/default properties to generate buyer interest.Coordinate with Collections, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams for smooth auction execution.Handle buyer inquiries and explain auction processes (reserve price, EMD, bidding, timelines).Engage with buyers, investors, and brokers to build demand for auctioned assets.Schedule and support property site visits and buyer meetings.Maintain lead database and track follow-ups for conversions.Support documentation and post-auction processes, including onboarding successful bidders.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred).
2-3 years of experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of real estate/financial products (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office.
