Job Description
The Lead Regulatory Change Management role is a senior position within the Compliance function, responsible for endtoend oversight and execution of the Regulatory Change Management framework across the organization.
The role holder leads the assessment, interpretation, impact analysis, implementation oversight, and testing of regulatory changes issued by financial services and capital market regulators, acting as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes issued by regulators such as RBI, SEBI, NPCI, Depositories, Exchanges, Clearing Corporations, PFRDA and IRDAI.
- Lead applicability and impact assessments across businesses, products, processes and functions.
- Drive and oversee implementation of regulatory changes, providing guidance to stakeholders.
- Oversee design and operating effectiveness testing of regulatory implementations.
- Prepare senior management notes and material for regulatory engagement.
- Manage regulatory MIS, dashboards and governance reporting.
- Mentor junior team members and strengthen RCM frameworks.
Job Requirements
- Graduate / Postgraduate with min 15+ years of experience in banking / financial services.
- Strong experience in Compliance, Regulatory Change Management, Audit, Risk or Assurance.
- Indepth knowledge of financial services and capital market regulations.
- Experience in leading complex regulatory change initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
