Role & responsibilities


ROLE SUMMARY


Regional Training Manager will be responsible for designing training methodologies and delivery methods for branch staff to keep them updated and equipped to drive business thereby improving staff productivity. The role includes designing training content, planning, arranging funds, effective training delivery, guiding and mentoring branch staff during branch visits on all non-training days, conducting regular and timely assessments, staying updated on all latest changes in products and policies etc.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Curriculum Design and Development


  • Development of training content as per requirement from HO and gaps in understanding from field
  • Design training methodology and delivery method based on target audience
  • Design new ideas and thoughts for betterment of organization

Learning Facilitation and Devlivery


  • Coordinate with Head Office, Regional and Area Managers, admin, external vendors for smooth conduct of training
  • Arrange funds in advance and settle the funds once training is completed
  • Timely submission on bills, training calendar, training reports, branch visit reports and any other requisites from Head L&D
  • Ensure 100% coverage of training
  • Identify low performance based on assessment and mentor them
  • Conduct branch visits on non-training days and coach staff

Stakeholder engagement


  • Facilitate training in an interesting fashion
  • Maintain excellent relations and team spirit across all field hierarchies

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, organizational development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Nature of Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience as trainer in financial institutions like banks or NBFCs
