Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Execution of department/ section production activities.
• Manpower Deployment as per Production Planning.
• Achieve daily production as per customer schedule
• Reduce the rework on line.
• Analyse machine breakdown & line stoppage reports on daily basis.
• Maintain the 5S at all shop.
• Production Line Target to be achieved as per plan.
• Maintain general house-keeping on daily basis
• To execute production related initiatives.
• To Support in production cost, product rejection & rework & records thereof through Minimize scraps/ wastage at various stages of production process.
• Suggest inputs for preventive measures to ensure maximum efficiencies from machines / equipment

Develop & motivate employees through training

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma/B.tech in mechanical engg with 5+ years exp in Automobile industry
