Role & responsibilities

Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient gold loan processing, appraisal, and sales.
Oversee team handling, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, identifying their needs and offering suitable financial solutions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate with good communication skills with 3-6 years of similar experience, Team handling in must for this role.
