What we are looking for

Role: ServiceNow Developer ITSM development

Experience Range: 6 to 8 Years

Location: Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad

Must Have:

1. 5+ years of experience and strong knowledge in ServiceNow Admin to manage Production systems.
2. Extensive experience with Linux.
3. Development experience in SNOW ITSM module.

Good to Have:

1. Jira

Essential:

• Provide SNOW Admin L2 support as per shift coverage requirement
• Triaging and resolution of incidents, handling key events, supporting release and deployments
• Develop or enhance existing ITSM modules.
• Participating in and handling Incident escalation calls

Minimum Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time education
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
