Job Title: Senior Technical Lead - Native Mobile App(Android)
Job Summary
As a Senior Technical Lead specializing in Native Mobile App Development, you will play a pivotal role in managing technology for complex projects. You will provide critical technical guidance to your team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality mobile applications that meet stakeholder requirements and align with best practices in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To A Team Of Developers In Native Mobile App Development Using Java And Kotlin, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Increasing Productivity.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Rigorous Quality Assurance Processes, Ensuring Performance Optimization And Adherence To Best Practices And Coding Standards For Successful Project Delivery.
3. Ensure Compliance With Processes In The Assigned Module, Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Assessing Technical Risks.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, While Preparing And Submitting Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate Closure Of Escalations.
Skill Requirements
1. Advanced Proficiency In Native Mobile App Development Using Java And Kotlin.
2. Strong Understanding Of Mobile Application Architecture And Design Principles.
3. Solid Experience In Performance Optimization And Implementing Quality Assurance Processes.
4. Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Effectively With Stakeholders And Team Members.
