Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team at Berger Paints India Ltd, specifically in the British Paints Division. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide exceptional customer service.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage sales operations and achieve targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
- Provide product information and solutions to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of paints and coatings, including British paints products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
