Job Description

We are hiring Collection Executives for managing overdue accounts and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments.

The candidate will be responsible for field visits, customer follow-ups, and maintaining collection efficiency as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle collection of overdue payments for loan accounts
• Visit customers for field collections
• Maintain follow-ups with delinquent customers
• Negotiate and resolve payment issues
• Achieve monthly collection targets
• Update daily reports and maintain records
• Ensure compliance with company policies

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years experience in collections/recovery
• Experience in Banking / NBFC / Gold Loan / Home Loan preferred
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willing to do field work

Mandatory Requirement

• DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certificate is Mandatory
  Profiles without DRA certification will not be considered

Salary & Benefits

• 15,000 25,000 + Incentives
• Travel allowance (if applicable)
