Job Description
- Manage sales floor appearance and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Achieve sales targets and promote products to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of cash register operation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
