Job Description: Project Manager ICT Prosecution

Overview: SagaciousElevate is looking for a Project Manager ICT Prosecution to manage global patent prosecution projects. The role involves strategic response formulation, client engagement, mentorship, and end-to-end delivery of prosecution work aligned with patent office requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and review responses to PTO communications in the ICT domain.

Train and mentor the team on jurisdiction-specific prosecution standards.

Ensure high-quality, error-free deliverables aligned with client SLAs.

Track deadlines and ensure consistent team productivity.

Experience:

57 years of experience in patent prosecution, particularly in EP and US.

Hands-on experience in drafting and reviewing office action responses.

Knowledge of 101, 102, 103 & 112

Skills for Success:

Excellent legal and technical analysis skills.

Strong verbal and written communication.

Process-oriented with attention to detail.

Knowledge of 101, 102, 103 & 112

Technical Skills:

Sound knowledge of global IP laws and prosecution practices.

Experience with MS Office and docketing/prosecution tools.

Familiarity with drafting responses and managing patent lifecycles.

Qualifications:

B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, ECE, Instrumentation, or related fields.
