The objective is to deliver banking solutions to customers in a cost-efficient and technology-effective manner. This includes building teams, systems, processes, and a culture conducive to scalable and consistent delivery. The role requires close collaboration with the Retail team including Product Head, Operations, Sales, IT, Credit, and BIU. It also encompasses the responsibility of providing a seamless and fulfilling customer experience, ensuring IDFC First becomes the primary bank for all banking needs.
