Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
Cross-sell bank's products such as current accounts, saving accounts, fixed deposits, insurance, etc. to increase revenue growth.
Identify new business opportunities through networking within the community or referrals from existing clients.
Meet sales targets by acquiring new customers and increasing wallet share of existing ones.

Job Requirements :

2-10 years of experience in branch banking or related field.
Strong understanding of various banking products including current accounts, saving accounts, fixed deposits, insurance etc. .
Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients.
