Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Analyst to support our data management, reporting, and analysis initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in data handling, reporting tools, scripting, and communication. This role requires a candidate from an English-medium background with excellent command over formal business communication.
Operational:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and MIS reports using Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio.
- Design and automate recurring and custom reports using Google App Script, VBA, and SQL queries.
- Build custom automation solutions for workflow improvements using Python, Java, and JavaScript.
- Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations and ensure accurate data validation and transformation.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.Ensure data integrity and accuracy across platforms and reporting systems.
- Generate professional presentations and documentation using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace tools.
- Maintain timely and consistent reporting schedules across business functions.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reports in response to operational and leadership queries.
People:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and understand business needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and meaningful data insights.
- Communicate findings clearly through visualizations, reports, and presentations.
- Support data-driven decision-making by offering timely and accurate information to internal stakeholders.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to convey complex data concepts to non- technical users.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently, while also coordinating effectively with other team members.
- Handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.

Education
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certification in data analysis, business intelligence tools, or programming languages.
Experience
- 2-4 years preferred
- Certification in data analysis, business intelligence tools, or programming languages.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, Big Query, or similar.
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting best practices.
