Hiring for Automation Tester with experience range 5-10 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium to ensure software quality.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify test requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with developers for resolution.
- Continuously enhance testing frameworks and processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure testability and quality standards.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in BTech, BCA, BE, or BSc.
- Proven experience in QA Automation with a focus on Selenium.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
Experience with Java Selenium for creating robust test scripts.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Proven track record of improving testing processes and methodologies.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment and adapt to changing requirements.
- Experience in performance and load testing is a plus
