Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven BDE to drive revenue growth through Placement service sales in the B2C segment. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving
our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building costomer relationships and supporting sales initiatives.
Immediate Joiners with Decent experience in edutech (Counseling) & B-C is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
1. Connect with job seekers and understand their career goals via cold calling.
2. Pitch and sell placement services as per their requirements.
3. Build relationships with candidates and ensure satisfaction.
4. Gather feedback to improve services and Identify upsell opportunities
5. Negotiate and close deals, Achieve given targets ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
6. Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress towards targets, and market insights to senior management.
Requirements:
1. 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development from educational service industry. (B2C preferred)
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong cold calling and negotiation skills
4. Understanding of job market trends and candidate needs
5. Self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
8. Own a laptop with a good internet connection.
9. Ability to work independently in a remote environment
