Walk-in Drive | (Fresher) US Healthcare Recruiter
This is a US Night Shift position with cab facility for female employees and complimentary meals for both male and female staff.
Location: H-28, Ground Floor, sec-63, Noida - 201301, Nearest Metro Station - Electronic City - Onsite - (Monday - Friday)
Walk-in Date: (14th April'26 - Tuesday)
Time: 2:00 PM 6:00 PM (Carry your Resume with one Gov. Id proof)
Immediate Joiners Preferred who can join us immediately & Who are wiling to work in Night shifts.
All Interview rounds will be held and results will also be declared on the same day itself.

Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our US Healthcare Recruitment team. As a US Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals for US-based healthcare facilities. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a long-term career in US Staffing and Healthcare Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified US healthcare professionals (Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Nurses, etc.) through job portals, databases, referrals, and social media platforms
- Screen candidates via calls to assess availability, experience, credentials, and interest
- Maintain and update candidate information in ATS and internal databases
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and US clients
- Assist in credentialing and documentation as per US healthcare standards
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and submission targets
- Stay updated with US healthcare recruitment trends and compliance requirements
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred but not mandatory)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year experience in recruitment, sales, or US staffing
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Willingness to work in US shifts (Night Shift)
- Strong interest in US Healthcare or International Recruitment
Key Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR concepts (training will be provided)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and result-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Outlook, ATS familiarity is a plus)
