We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can lead data-driven campaigns, scale marketplace growth, and optimize customer acquisition across e-commerce platforms.
Role: Performance Marketing Manager
Location: Andheri(West), Mumbai
Experience: 57 Years
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- MBA or Digital Marketing certifications preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across e-commerce platforms
Manage marketplace ads including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands & Sponsored Display
Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CAC, and conversions
Develop keyword strategies and bidding optimization for Top of Search placements
Run retargeting and New-to-Brand customer acquisition campaigns
Manage monthly budgets, performance tracking, and revenue forecasting
Launch video & streaming advertising campaigns for targeted audiences
Requirements
57 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing
Strong experience with Amazon Ads and marketplace advertising platforms
Expertise in campaign optimization, keyword strategy, and bidding
Strong analytical skills with Excel / AI analytics tools
Experience managing high-budget paid campaigns
