Job Description
Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter (Bulk & Lateral Hiring)
Location: Sector 62, Noida (Work from Office)
Experience: 1-6 Years
Salary: 2.5 LPA - 5.5 LPA + Incentives
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in Noida. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for major BPO and BFSI clients on a Pan-India scale. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at both high-volume bulk hiring and niche lateral placements.
Work Schedule:
- Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week)
- Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Weekends: Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT sectors, specifically focusing on BPO (Voice/Non-Voice) and BFSI (Banking/Insurance).
- Handle Bulk Hiring for entry-level roles and Lateral Hiring for mid-senior level positions.
- Source potential candidates through job portals (Naukri), LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on client requirements and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling and feedback follow-ups.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to ensure quick TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Manage post-offer follow-ups to ensure high joining ratios.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Target-Driven: Ability to meet monthly hiring targets and manage "Bulk" requirements efficiently.
- Location: Must be comfortable commuting to Sector 62, Noida daily.
