Job Description
- Review the accuracy of Monthly MIS Reporting for the Management.
- Review of complete end to end activities of accounts finance (AR, AP, Weekly Cashflows and others) through all locations.
- Compliance adherence to GST regulations, monthly GST data computation, and returns filling.
- Compliance adherence to TDS TCS regulations, TDS and TCS computation and filling.
- Monitor and control monthly expenses against budget and Variance analysis.
- Overseeing end to end process of ecommerce and other SD channels.
- Ensuring all statutory payments should be done on time for the group through routine review of all locations.
- Responsible for Financial planning including developing budgets and business plans.
- Responsible for weekly sales reporting, providing commentary for expenses, and stock.
- Ageing report on stock, outstanding revenues, and credit sales.
- Maintaining banking relationship effective control over working capital deployment.
- Responsible for all operational activities related to Finance Account department.
- Channel wise Profitability for all platforms including Segment PL.
- SKU wise Cost Analysis and variance adjustments.
- Managing Internal and Statutory Audits and compliance.
- SOP and Process system development and monitoring and controlling.
- Cashflow Management and reporting.
- Receivable Management
