Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Revenue Generation

• Drive sales of VAS offerings including meeting rooms, event spaces, virtual offices, and add-on services
• Identify and develop new revenue streams across centres
• Achieve monthly/quarterly VAS revenue targets

Corporate & Client Engagement

• Build relationships with enterprise clients, startups, and partners for VAS offerings
• Cross-sell VAS services to existing Innov8 clients and walk-ins
• Collaborate with sales teams to integrate VAS into primary deals

Strategy & Execution

• Design and implement VAS sales strategies across all centres
• Analyze demand trends and optimize pricing, packaging, and promotions
• Work closely with operations and marketing teams for seamless execution

Partnerships & Alliances

• Identify and onboard F&B partners, event vendors, and service providers
• Drive collaborations to enhance customer experience and revenue

Reporting & Analytics

• Track performance metrics, conversion rates, and revenue reports
• Use data insights to improve VAS penetration and profitability
