Job Description:
- Job Location: Bangalore
- Qualification: BBM/B.COM / BBA ( (Only these graduates are eligible for Interview)
- Shifts: 24*5 Flexible
- Experience: 1 to 5 Years
- Designation: Senior process Executive/ Process Specialist
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners or 15 days NP
Purpose/Essence of the role: Act as an expert for the project team to different stakeholders; ensures process compliances, resolution of escalations; track and report project status regularly; contribute to process improvements with the objective to sustain delivery predictability and meet client and internal commitments WITHIN the guidelines, policies and norms of the company
Below are the roles and responsibilities aligned to the below-mentioned role / role designation:
Role: Senior Process Executive / Process Specialist ( JL 2 and JL 3)
- Order management experience can review contracts and agreements and deal management
- Analyze and Eye for detail in the document which needs to be update on the system
- Email draft and handling
- End to End Order Management knowledge
- 24*5 WFO (including Sat and Sunday based on business requirement)
- Month end and Quarter end need to work on Weekend
Skills:
- Experienced in working with international outsourcing companies and global clients.
- Strong communication skills (Written & Verbal) with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Hands-on experience in agreement setup and contract management processes.
- Problem Solving techniques
- Analytical skills
- Managing customer escalation with experience of performing RCA and CAPA
- MS Office proficiency
