Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in current accounts, saving accounts, and cross-selling opportunities.
Identify new business prospects through market research, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
Build strong relationships with existing clients to increase customer retention rates and upsell/cross-sell products.
Analyze sales data to optimize sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

1-6 years of experience in banking or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of CASA (Current Account Savings Account) sales principles and practices.
Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through effective relationship management and sales techniques.
