Position Summary... What youll do...About the team
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Identity Domain Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing, securing, and optimizing the organizations identity and access management (IAM) frameworks. This role is pivotal in driving cybersecurity, enhancing user access management, and supporting seamless digital experiences for both internal and external users. What You ll Do

Manage and maintain organizational systems related to user identities, access controls, authentication methods, and governance.

Design, implement, and support advanced identity solutions such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Identity Federation.

Lead the implementation and integration of identity access management (IAM) tools and platforms across the organization.
-
Monitor, analyze, and improve identity-related operations to enhance the security and efficiency of access management processes.
-
Develop intuitive software that meets and exceeds the needs of the customer and the company.

You also get to collaborate with team members to develop best practices and requirements for the software.

In this role it would be important for you to professionally maintain all codes and create updates regularly to address the customer s and company s concerns.

You will show your skills in analysing and testing programs/products before formal launch to ensure flawless performance.

Troubleshooting coding problems quickly and efficiently will offer you a chance to grow your skills in a high-pace, high-impact environment.

Software security is of prime importance and by developing programs that monitor sharing of private information, you will be able to add tremendous credibility to your work.

You will also be required to seek ways to improve the software and its effectiveness.

What You ll bring

6-9 years of Backend experience with NodeJS and SQL/NoSQL databases.

Thorough understanding of React.JS and its core principles
-
Understanding in software development using modern languages (React JS)
-
Sound experience in Javascript and Typescript.

Familiar with multi-threading, performance optimization at scale.

Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
-
Sound experience to build CICD pipeline
-
Knowledge on GraphQL and Docker & Kubernetes

Excellent debugging and problem-solving capability
-
Motivated team player who goes over and above what is asked
-
Strong hands-on development skills to prototype technical solutions.

Strong desire to drive change, and ability to adapt to change quickly. Proficient in new and emerging technologies.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - including negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills; ability to influence and persuade, without direct control.

Large scale distributed systems experience, including scalability and fault tolerance.

A continuous drive to explore, improve, enhance, automate and optimize systems and tools.

Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures and algorithms

Exposure to information retrieval and statistics.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
