Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and performance-driven IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in domestic hiring and RPO environments. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality hiring
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand client requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage bulk/volume hiring when required
- Ensure strong pipeline management and quick turnaround time
- Negotiate salary and close positions within defined timelines
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of IT recruitment experience
- Strong exposure to domestic hiring (India-based roles)
- Experience working in RPO / consultancy environment
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed
- Good understanding of IT skills and technologies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
