Position: Senior Systems Engineer

Job Description :
- Use your knowledge of testing and testability to influence better software design, promote accurate software engineering and bug prevention strategies, testability, and security
- Actively participate in the development process through writing and maintain application features and automated tests including unit tests, component tests, integration tests, functional tests, performance tests, scenario tests and interoperability tests
- Support the team in designing reliable, portable, accurate and dependable tests, and in integrating them into CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with team members on improving team's test coverage, release velocity and production health
- Participate in application code and test code reviews with rest of the Scrum team
- Contribute to own entire features from concept to deployment working on multi-functional teams
- Contribute ideas to improve our products as well as develop your skills, learn new technologies and languages, and continue to learn
The Skills that are Key to this roleAutomation framework development using industry leading tools (like Cypress, Selenium etc.)
REST API / Web services Validation Automation
Exploring new trends in Automation and deploying in day-to-day activities
Strong hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Java, Java API, JavaScript, TypeScript
Experience with Jenkins (CI/CD Pipelines) is must have
Exploring new trends in Automation area and deploying in day-to-day activities
Strong programming skills with digital competence, and fluent across technology components
Able to learn large software systems end-to-end quickly
The Skills those are good to have for this role
Experience in Behavior & Test Driven Development, developing robust software, writing testable and maintainable code is must have
Experience in Rest Assured framework is must have
Exposure to cloud computing environments and applications AWS is must have
Experience in Agile methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban) is good to have
Engineer with experience in different test automation frameworks and technical knowledge to actively contribute to technical discussions within squad
Have strong communication skills complimented with right technical skills to drive meaningful discussions.
