US Shift (Night)
5:30 PM - 2:30 PM & 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM

Job Role:

• Make calls to US Insurance companies to resolve denials & claims issues
• Review claim details using PMS & internal systems for accurate payment resolution
• Document updates in SOP trackers, Issue Logs & Trend Logs regularly
• Investigate complicated patient accounts to identify root-cause issues
• Identify accounts that dont need calling & coordinate with analysts for resolution
• Spot payer-related issues and support special projects for claim reprocessing
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly productivity & quality metrics as per process expectations

Who Can Apply?

• Education: Any Graduate (Except Post - Graduation & Life Science)
• Freshers welcome - No prior experience required!
• Excellent English communication
• Willing to work Night Shift (US Shift)
• Positive attitude + Problem-solving mindset
• Age: Up to 28 years (Will be considered only as fresher)

Skills:

• Strong verbal communication (English)
• Basic computer knowledge

Salary

CTC: 2.9LPA
