Role & responsibilities

Technical Architect - Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced
Required Qualifications:

  • A proven Senior Salesforce Technical Architect with 10+ years of design/architect experience and at least 5 full life cycle Salesforce.com implementations, with strong expertise in at least two of the following areas/modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Salesforce Contracts.
  • Education: Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree a plus
  • Mandatory experience in Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced and Revenue Cloud Billing. Must be able to demonstrate the end-to-end selling motion in Revenue Cloud Advanced.
  • At least 1 project implementation involving Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced
  • Strong functional knowledge of Lead-to-Cash process with expertise in Quote-to-Cash, Configuration, Product Catalog/modeling, Pricing, Quoting and CLM functional areas.
  • Strong knowledge of developing integrations between RCA and ERP systems.
  • Understand customer technical requirements and map these into Salesforce CPQ architectural capabilities.
  • Share best practices and be consultative to clients throughout duration of the project- act as a trusted partner. Participate and lead, when needed, project meetings with the customer.
  • Must have Salesforce developer or admin certification including 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with OmniStudio, Salesforce Flow, DocuSign, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Design System, Visualforce, Force.com and Angular JS.
  • Familiarity with Web 2.0 Development (JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Servlets, Struts).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development toolset and have worked with JavaScript, Java, Rules Engines, Object Modeling, or XML.
  • Understanding of frameworks like React, Angular, etc. are an advantage
  • JIRA experience
  • Willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities:

  • As a subject matter expert, judges the tradeoffs with technology and feasibility and makes choices that fit the constraints of the project.
  • Works directly with clients/business leaders/process owners to lead projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops and delivers key components of the solution.
  • Ability to guide customers towards the uses of standard out-of-the-box software functionality to meet business requirements instead of relying on custom solutions. Understand platform limitations and design alternatives to work around limitations.
  • Ability to lead/facilitate design and modeling sessions with the client.
  • Lead the creation of project deliverables, spanning from process to system design elements with an emphasis on functional and technical design
  • Functioning as Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced and Revenue Cloud Billing product specialist within the organization and industry. Participate in various communities and speaker at industry events.
  • Help establish Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced center of excellence as part of TCS Salesforce Quote-to-Cash practice.
  • Understand, design, supervise, and create technical configurations using Salesforce platform tools, languages script-based technologies.
  • Ability to design, implement, and test leading-edge Quote and Product Configuration integrations with SFDC.
  • If needed, coordinate developer tasks on large projects; lead design and code reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Provides guidance on all phases of SDLC and the impact of Salesforce CPQ, as needed.
  • Guide and provide mentorship to the CPQ Practice team
