Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
Develop new business opportunities through cross-selling of current accounts, saving accounts, and other banking products.
Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance by acquiring new customers and increasing revenue growth.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and providing excellent service.

Job Requirements :

2-12 years of experience in retail banking or related field.
Strong knowledge of current account, saving account, TASC (Total Account Services), and other banking products.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Proven track record in meeting sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
