Job Description
- 18+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on ML and Gen AI technologies.
- Proven track record of process knowledge, designing scalable AI solutions in large-scale environments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to build business cases ROI-driven proposals.
- Hands-on experience with ERP integrations and enterprise automation tools.
- Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other industry-standard tools.
- Proven experience in automation for FA, Supply Chain, customer operations by leveraging multiple technology components including AI/ML, Gen AI Agentic AI.
- Expertise in Gen AI Agentic AI technologies, including frameworks like Lang chain, Lang graph, semantic kernel and other LLM based services including OpenAI.
- Proven implementation experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP with a focus on AI services.
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry best practices for automation and process improvement.
- Lead the business assessments and bring out Gen AI solutions for automation across various domains including FA, Supply Chain, customer operations and banking processes.
- Design and implement Gen AI Agentic AI automation strategies tailored to enterprise needs.
- Build compelling business cases and ROI models for proposed technical solutions.
- Architect and deliver innovative GenAI Agentic AI powered automation solutions for complex business processes.
- Ensure seamless integration with various ERP systems and enterprise platforms.
- Leverage standard tools in the market such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and others to enhance automation capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the assessment automation team.
- Identify opportunities for innovation within the AI domain, focusing on the development of reusable assets and tools.
- Masters degree in computer science and Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus.
