Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice in French and English
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer queries
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Communicate clearly and effectively with international clients
- Document all customer interactions and update records in CRM systems
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality guidelines, and SLAs
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary
- Maintain performance metrics such as call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores
- Adapt communication style based on customer needs and cultural nuances
Required Skills:
- B2 level certification in French (mandatory)
- Strong verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Excellent listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in any Field
- Freshers are not eligible
- Any graduate preferred
