Job Description

Job Summary:
We are hiring Bilingual Customer Support Executives (French & English) with strong communication skills to handle customer queries effectively. The role involves interacting with international customers and providing timely resolutions through chat/email/voice support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries in French & English
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
  • Follow company quality and process guidelines
  • Document customer interactions properly
  • Manage multiple queries simultaneously

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 6+ months of experience in customer support (International process preferred)
  • B2 level proficiency in French (Mandatory)
  • Good command of English (written & verbal)
  • Strong communication and comprehension skills
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Good typing speed & accuracy
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to multitask
