Job Description
Job Title: Senior Engineer - Gen AI
Location - Chennai/Kochi/Bangalore (Hybrid)
Experience - 3-5 years
Employment Type - Full Time
Role Overview:
Strong background in designing and implementing AI/ML evaluation frameworks, as well as a deep understanding of ethical AI principles
Roles and Responsibilities:
3+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, infrastructure engineering, full stack development or equivalent
- Fundamental understanding of the machine learning development cycle and tool sets
- Experience with Python, GO, Java, or other relevant languages
- Experience in Evaluation Framework - RAGAS, DeepEval and relevant metrics, customization metrics.
- Experience with Github, VCS, or equivalent source control systems
- Experience with Docker and preferably Kubernetes
- Experience with Amazon Web Services or Google App Engine, or other cloud service providers
- Experience in an Agile/Sprint working environment
- Experience debugging complex systems or applications
- Knowledge of HTTP and web protocols
- Knowledge of one or more commercial databases
- Knowledge of systems performance tuning and load testing
- Experience working with product teams to integrate machine learning features into the product
- Production-level testing best practices (signals tests, load testing for ML services, etc) and optimizing models to work at scale
Skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in programming to include a solid foundation in computer science, with competencies one or more of: data structures, algorithms, object-oriented software design, and working with cloud-based distributed systems.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Excellent planning and organizing skills to prioritize numerous projects and deliverables
